These Terms govern your use of Actscribe ("Actscribe", "we", "us"), operated by Jorge Rumoroso, Switzerland. By connecting your Strava account, you agree to these Terms.
Actscribe connects to your Strava account and uses AI to generate titles and descriptions for your activities. The service may apply these automatically or present them for your review. Actscribe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Strava, Inc.
You must have a valid Strava account and be at least 13 years old. By using the service, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Access is granted via your Strava account. A valid email address is required. We use it solely to notify you of important updates — new features, improvements, or changes to these Terms. You can update your email at any time in Settings → Account. We will never use your email for marketing or share it with third parties.
By connecting your Strava account, you grant Actscribe permission to access your Strava data via the Strava OAuth flow, solely to provide the service. You must comply with Strava's API Agreement when using Actscribe.
You agree not to: use the service to generate illegal or harmful content; attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the service; share access in a way that circumvents usage limits; use the service to spam or harass other Strava users; or provide a false or invalid email address.
Titles and descriptions are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or not to your liking. You can always edit or revert them directly on Strava. By using the service, you grant Actscribe a limited licence to process your activity data solely for generating titles and descriptions. If you enable the optional signature feature, generated descriptions will include "✦ Actscribe" at the end.
By providing your email, you agree to receive occasional communications about important updates to the service, features, or these Terms. We may also display dismissible in-app announcements about changes or updates.
A free plan is available with limited features (10 AI generations per month). A Pro plan is available at €5/month or €45/year. We reserve the right to change pricing — we will notify you in advance via email and in-app announcement before any price changes take effect.
Actscribe is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes via email.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your expectations or that the service will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jorge Rumoroso shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email and in-app announcement. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
